Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: South Delhi (Shakuntlam Showroom/Office)
Reports to: Founder/Director
About the Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support day-to-day business operations at Shakuntlam, a flooring and wall solutions company working with architects, interior designers, and contractors across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage founder's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and distribution partners on follow-ups
- Draft emails, quotes, proposals, and business correspondence
- Track leads (JustDial, referrals, walk-ins) and maintain CRM/follow-up sheets
- Handle basic vendor and supplier coordination (samples, deliveries, payments follow-up)
- Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and business documents as needed
- Manage showroom-related admin: inventory records, invoicing support, courier/logistics coordination
- Assist with social media/marketing coordination if required
- Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience as an EA, office coordinator, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal English + Hindi communication
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Calendar)
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working from showroom/office (not fully remote)
- Prior experience in interiors, real estate, B2B trade, or retail is a plus
Skills
- Excellent time management
- Professional phone/email etiquette
- Basic understanding of business documentation (quotations, POs, invoices)
- Discretion with sensitive business information
