📝 Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead a team of 10–12 Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the Meta Process. The role involves driving team performance, ensuring merchant visits and successful activation of Business AI features on WhatsApp Business accounts, and achieving assigned business targets.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of 10–12 BDEs/Field Executives
• Monitor daily merchant visits, activations, and team productivity
• Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Conduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and support
• Ensure successful activation of Business AI features on merchants' WhatsApp Business accounts
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance
• Track team KPIs and prepare daily MIS and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for lead allocation and issue resolution
• Ensure process compliance and quality standards are maintained
• Build strong relationships with merchants and resolve escalations when required
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, BDE, or Team Handling roles
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of field sales executives
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in Merchant Onboarding, Digital Products, Fintech, Telecom, or SaaS sales preferred
• Good understanding of WhatsApp Business, Meta products, or digital solutions is an advantage
• Comfortable with extensive field work and target-driven environments
