Sales Team Leader

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, guide and monitor the sales team; allocate leads; monitor calling, follow-ups, conversions and sales; conduct performance reviews; support objection handling; improve sales pitches and closing techniques; identify underperformance; motivate the team; ensure compliance with SOPs and CRM processes.

Sales & Customer Handling:

Handle inbound/outbound leads through calls and WhatsApp; understand requirements; explain wellness services and nutritional supplements; follow up; handle queries and objections; support conversions; monitor repeat sales and renewals; coordinate onboarding.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting:

Prepare daily sales reports; track leads, calls, connected calls, follow-ups, interested customers, conversions, revenue, pending and lost leads; analyse performance gaps; share daily/weekly updates; maintain CRM records.

Training & Coaching:

Train new team members; explain products, services, offers and sales processes; conduct role-plays; review calls; provide feedback; improve conversion and follow-up techniques; support sales strategies and SOPs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure professional customer communication; handle escalated complaints; maintain customer relationships; coordinate with operations/support teams; monitor post-conversion follow-ups.
