Job Description
Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Manage and supervise promoters/staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and punctuality
2. Sales Responsibility
- Increase overall store sales
- Achieve daily and weekly targets
- Focus on promoting slow-moving products
3. Store Coordination
- Coordinate regularly with the Store Manager
- Ensure proper counter placement and product visibility
- Execute offers and promotional schemes effectively
4. Stock Management
- Monitor stock availability and expiry dates
- Ensure no out-of-stock situations
- Control damages and shrinkage
5. Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports on time
- Share updates and issues promptly
6. Training & Support
- Provide product knowledge training to promoters
- Train staff on effective selling techniques
7. Problem Handling
- Resolve store and staff-related issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally
8. Market Feedback
- Monitor competitor activities
- Share insights on pricing, demand, and market trends
