Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of telecalling sales executives.
- Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales conversions.
- Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and productivity reports.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- Identify training needs and conduct refresher sessions for the team.
