About the RoleWe are looking for a female Sales Executive to join our Delhi team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, sales conversion, customer complaint handling, service coordination, and order follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers and dealers.
• Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle the complete sales closure process, from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and dealers.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the service/technical team for customer support.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability, order processing and dispatches.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries.
• Maintain daily call, lead and sales reports.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, service and accounts teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
• Candidate ProfileFemale candidate preferred.
• Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support or sales coordination preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
• Target-oriented and responsible.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
