Business Head – New Ventures | Homlee

Homlee is one of India's fastest-growing homestay brands, operating over 65 premium serviced apartments across Delhi NCR, Rishikesh, and Varanasi. Built on a highly profitable, asset-light business model, Homlee is on an ambitious growth journey with a target of 150 apartments within the next two years.

As we expand, we are also building high-potential verticals beyond accommodation, including:

- Property Management Services (PMS)

- Homlee Food Services

- Curated Tours & Experiences

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Business Head to lead these ventures and work directly with the Founder & CEO.

What You'll Do

- Lead and scale Homlee's non-accommodation businesses.

- Develop business strategy and drive execution.

- Build partnerships and new revenue streams.

- Recruit and lead high-performing teams.

- Establish processes, systems, and profitability across verticals.

- Identify new growth opportunities aligned with Homlee's vision.

Who We're Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, travel, food services, property management, startups, or related sectors.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.

- Excellent business development and team management skills.

- Passion for building businesses from the ground up.

- Ambitious professionals who want to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.
