We work for all the Nationalized Banks mainly and many Regional Rural (Gramin) Banks.

Job Description – Property Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Position: Property Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Property Sales Manager to handle the marketing and sales of second-hand properties located at different cities, through bank E-auction. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, and converting leads into successful sales. The role also includes managing a small team and coordinating with local authorities when required. Our local staff at various location supports the property marketing and buyer inspection process.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit and survey properties to understand location, construction quality, market value, and surrounding area.
  • Promote auction properties through local property dealers, brokers, and nearby residents.
  • Handle leads generated from property portals such as 99acres, Magic Bricks, India Property, etc.
  • Attend client inquiries and provide complete property information.
  • Arrange and conduct property inspections for interested buyers.
  • Negotiate and convince buyers to participate in property purchases and close sales successfully.
  • Coordinate with government departments such as Municipal Corporation, Electricity Department, etc. to verify pending dues or property-related issues.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, investors, and property buyers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure successful property auctions.
  • Manage and guide a team of 4–5 executives for marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Prepare daily visit reports, lead status, and sales updates for management.
  • Since the company has offices/operations in various states of India, candidate may have to travel to these areas for property marketing and buyer finding purposes.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Auction Property Sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Good marketing and client-handling ability.
  • Ability to work on field visits and property inspections.
  • Leadership skills with experience in handling a team.
  • Knowledge of local property market and documentation process.
  • Must own a bike and valid driving license for field work.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Property Sales / Real Estate.
  • Salary Budget- 40K to 50K plus Incentive.
