- Understand prospect requirements and categorize them into:
- Residential Consultation
- Commercial Consultation
- Industrial Consultation
- Institutional Consultation
- Vastu Coaching Programs
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
- Consultation SalesExplain consultation offerings and deliverables.
- Qualify prospects based on urgency, budget, and property type.
- Schedule consultation appointments.
- Follow up until closure.
- Course CounsellingExplain curriculum, certification, fees, and career opportunities.
- Recommend appropriate learning levels:
- Level 1 (Foundation)
- Level 2 (Professional)
- Level 3 (Master Practitioner)
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow-up ManagementConduct systematic follow-ups.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Recover lost opportunities where possible.
- Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell existing clients into advanced courses and premium services.
- Promote workshops, webinars, and events.
- Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with operations team after successful conversion.
- Collect testimonials and referrals.
