Sales & Marketing Cum Production Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales, Marketing & Production Manager to manage the sales, marketing, and production operations of lithium-ion batteries and energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for lithium-ion battery products.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, dealers, distributors, and market segments.
• Manage customer relationships and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, inventory, raw materials, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure production meets required quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, production plans, budgets, and regular management reports.
• Lead and motivate sales, marketing, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable battery manufacturing regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in lithium-ion batteries, battery manufacturing, energy storage, electrical/electronics, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery products, applications, and market trends.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or production management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities effectively.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion.
