Job Description
Sales Manager (Government Contracts & Tenders)
Salary: 30,000/- to 35,000/- month Plus Incentives
Location: Delhi-NCR
Experience 2 + years in government sales/tenders
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage government tenders, vendor registrations, and direct sales to PSU clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the GeM portal, eProcurement
processes, and government procurement procedures. If you have experience in handling tenders, following up with government departments, and driving sales, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and apply for tenders on GeM, PSU, Railways, and eProcurement portals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with government procurement officers to build relationships.
• Assist in bid preparation, documentation, and compliance with tender requirements.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and direct government orders to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve monthly sales and tender targets.
• Maintain strong communication with PSUs, Railways, and government departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
What we are looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in government sales, B2B sales, or tender management.
• Familiarity with GeM, PSU, Defence tenders, and vendor registrations is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines, handle multiple tenders, and achieve sales targets.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing government procurement procedures independently.
