Key Responsibilities

Field Sales: Meet customers directly to drive on-ground sales conversions. Must have prior experience in DST / DD / DM profile

Lead Conversion: Convert high-intent digital leads from the Apollo 24|7 platform.

Sales: Consult customers and sell suitable Health and Life insurance plans.

Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales revenue goals.

Onboarding: Manage end-to-end sales workflow and customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1+ years of proven track record in Health or Life insurance field sales.

Conveyance: Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

Education: Any Graduate / Any Degree (All streams welcome).

Languages: Basic English knowledge required.

Skills: Strong persuasion, resilience, and high motivation for sales.
