Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement area-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Channel Partner Management


  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners/distributors.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular partner training and engagement programs.

Field Sales Operations


  • Lead and motivate field sales executives to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Client Relationship Management (B2B)


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
