**🚀 Hiring: Sales Manager – Affordable LAP | Delhi NCR**

📍 **Location:** Delhi NCR (Multiple Branches)

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented **Sales Manager** to join a leading Housing Finance Company and drive growth in the **Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP)** segment.

### Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive Affordable LAP sales through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners

✔ Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach

✔ Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners

✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✔ Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth loan processing

### Eligibility:

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ 3–8 years of BFSI sales experience

✅ Experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, or Secured Lending preferred

✅ Strong DSA/Channel Sales exposure

✅ Age up to 33 years
