Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new customers across India.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or mould industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
