Job Description

Role Overview: The CRA will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving showroom sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) store.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and sales volumes.
  • Handle customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day COCO showroom operations.
  • Maintain the desired brand image and showroom presentation.
  • Handle order booking, collection updates and inventory receipts.
  • Generate and maintain required reports.
  • Ensure proper showroom upkeep and follow company processes and display protocols.
  • Conduct activities to attract customers and increase showroom footfall.
