Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveExperience:Minimum 1 year of Field Sales & Marketing experience required

Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)

• Job Responsibilities:Generate new leads through field visits and marketing activities
• Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Follow up with clients for order closure and payment collection
• Submit daily sales and visit reports to management
• Required Skills:Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good negotiation and sales closing ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of local market areas
