Sales Executive

Sapiens IAS Institute is looking for a disciplined, responsible, and soft-spoken Sales Executive cum Telecaller to join our Admissions Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective UPSC aspirants, handling admission enquiries, following up with potential students, and helping them make the right decision about their UPSC preparation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective UPSC aspirants

• Counsel students and parents regarding UPSC preparation programs

• Understand the student's requirements and recommend suitable courses

• Manage the complete **admission process** from enquiry to enrolment

• Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions

• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions

• Coordinate with the academic and management teams when required

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents

• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets

• Prior experience in education sales, admissions, counselling or inside sales will be an advantage

• Candidates with experience in the UPSC/IAS coaching industry will be preferred
