• Key Responsibilities Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories.
• Promote and sell the company's products to retailers, distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Required Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, or related industries preferred)
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
