Key Responsibilities
lead Generation & Pitching: Call prospective and existing customers, use pre-written scripts, and present product/service features.Deal Closing: Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend upgrades or complementary products based on client preferences.
Database Management: Record details of all calls, sales, and update customer profiles within the CRM.
Query Resolution: Answer customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally to preserve brand reputation.
