Job Description

  • Handle inbound leads received through IndiaMART, website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
  • Contact prospective customers promptly and understand their requirements.
  • Maintain a lead tracking database and update customer interactions regularly.
  • Convert inquiries into business opportunities and sales orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
