Job Title: Tele counsellor / Tele caller

Location: US 1 & 2, Ground Floor, U.S. Complex, Jasola, New Delhi-110076

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply!)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and result-driven Callers who are passionate about helping students succeed in their NEET journey. In this role, you will connect with NEET aspirants and their parents, invite them to our high-value webinars, and motivate them to attend sessions that can shape their future in medical education.

If you enjoy talking to people, influencing decisions, and being part of a fast-growing education platform, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to NEET aspirants and parents from provided leads
  • Clearly explain the benefits and value of our weekly webinars
  • Convince and motivate prospects to register and attend the webinar
  • Build rapport and trust with students and parents
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure maximum attendance
  • Share information about our premium/paid services and convert interested leads
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

What You’ll Be Promoting

  • Expert-led webinars designed to help NEET aspirants improve scores
  • Proven strategies, study plans, and exam insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and persistence
  • Basic understanding of NEET or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into attendees
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn incentives
