Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets, ensure all targets are achieved within the defined timeline.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in each territory, Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients and Convert leads into active and repeat customers.
- Understand territory-wise market needs, customer behavior, and competition and ensure timely order collection and achievement of sales targets in each territory.
- Travel regularly to assigned territories for client meetings and market visits, Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and retailers within different regions and resolve client issues, complaints, and service concerns promptly.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with clients across multiple territories, act as the primary point of contact for clients in assigned regions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on territory performance.
