Mobiking is an e-commerce and wholesale business dealing in open-box and branded electronics, including earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, speakers, gaming accessories, chargers and other gadgets.

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in and online customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales through calls, WhatsApp and other customer channels.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and warranty/return policies.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products wherever appropriate.
• Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth order processing.
• Requirements Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets and electronics is preferred.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in electronics, retail, e-commerce or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
