Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake 250–300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
  • Generate interest in ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Schedule qualified meetings, site visits, and virtual consultations for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and build trust.
  • Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer handover.
  • Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.
