Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Connect with potential customers via calls to promote wealth management

products and services

 Explain product features, benefits, and investment options clearly to clients

 Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into active clients

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

 Stay updated with financial products and market trends

Key Requirements

 2–5 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer engagement

(Freshers welcome)

 Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

 Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

 Basic understanding or interest in financial/wealth products is a plus

 Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
