Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle franchise sales for our Multi-Brand Mobile & Laptop Repair & Sales Business. The candidate will be responsible for contacting interested leads provided by the company, explaining the business model, investment details, ROI, and franchise benefits, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into successful franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective franchise partners through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Explain the company's franchise business model, investment requirements, expected ROI, and operational process.
- Understand the client's business goals and address their queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or lead management systems.
- Share franchise proposals, presentations, quotations, and other required documents with prospects.
- Coordinate with management for franchise agreements and onboarding processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and franchise conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Good understanding of business concepts, investment plans, and ROI calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, franchise sales, business development, or tele-sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
