Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients, reach out via calls, and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly communicate with clients and coordinate with the plant dispatch team for smooth order processing.
• Sales & Negotiation: Confidently explain our product benefits, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Understanding Business Nuances: Learn and understand manufacturing, logistics, and payment processes to provide better customer service.
• Follow-ups & Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and assist in managing payment collections.
