Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, promoting textile and fabric products, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves regular customer visits, product presentations, order management, and coordination with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSBILITIES :

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer meetings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.

Promote and sell textile products including denim, woven, knitted, cotton, and other fabric ranges.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric solutions.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

Follow up on customer inquiries, samples, and pending orders.

Coordinate with production, merchandising, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely order execution.

Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the accounts department for collections.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
