📌 Job Overview:Balwom Textile India Co. is looking for a smart, dedicated, and customer-friendly Sales Executive (Telecaller) for the textile industry. The candidate will handle customer calls, order inquiries, fabric-related queries, dispatch updates, payment follow-ups, and after-sales support. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination ability, and understanding of customer dealing in the wholesale textile market.

The ideal candidate should be able to maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, resellers, and regular textile buyers while ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

1. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
2. Attend customer inquiries related to fabrics, rates, stock availability, colors, designs, and dispatch.
3. Provide accurate product details such as fabric quality, width, GSM, patterns, and usage.
4. Take follow-up calls for pending orders, quotations, and repeat customers.
5. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
6. Resolve customer complaints regarding fabric issue, shortage, delay, wrong dispatch, etc.
7. Update customers regarding order status, transport details, and delivery timelines.
8. Maintain proper customer database, call records, and inquiry reports.
9. Support sales team in converting inquiries into orders.
10. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
11. Handle WhatsApp inquiries, catalog sharing, and customer communication.
12. Assist in payment reminder calls and credit follow-ups if required.
13. 🎯 Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred).
14. Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
15. Good understanding of textile products/fabrics preferred.
16. Ability to speak confidently and politely on calls.
17. Good listening and complaint-handling ability.
18. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Billing/CRM software).
19. Ability to work in fast-paced wholesale market environment.
20. Positive attitude, discipline, and team coordination.
21. Experience in telecalling / customer support / textile sales preferred.
22. Gandhi Nagar textile market experience will be an added advantage.
