Sales Counselor - Skin, Hair & Laser Treatments

UKs Derma Skin Clinic is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Counsellor.

You will be the face of our clinic, helping clients choose the right treatments and driving business growth through packages and offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult & Close: Understand client needs and pitch aesthetic, skin, slimming, hair, and laser packages.
• Drive Revenue: Meet monthly sales targets and actively work on strategies to increase clinic revenue.
• Offer Management: Design, promote, and manage new promotional offers and seasonal packages.
• Client Retention: Follow up with old and new clients to ensure repeat bookings and high satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of aesthetic treatments (Laser, Slimming, Skin Peels, Hair Therapy).
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in target-driven sales, upselling, and package booking.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and the local language.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a dermatology clinic, salon, wellness center is preferred.
