Job Description

  • Welcome patients and assist them with registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate patient consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Maintain patient records, reports, and billing details accurately.
  • Explain hospital or clinic procedures, services, and appointment schedules to patients.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, receptionists, and other healthcare staff.
  • Handle patient inquiries over phone calls, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Manage appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
  • Ensure a smooth patient experience and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Assist with insurance documentation and billing coordination, if required.
