Job OverviewWe are a growing printing and packaging company looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing corporate orders for printing and packaging materials. Crucially, you must bring existing, strong relationships with the Purchase and Procurement departments of reputed corporate clients to help scale our business rapidly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Generation: Actively pitch and secure high-volume corporate orders for printing and packaging products (mono cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, flexible packaging, etc.).
• B2B Client Acquisition: Utilize your existing network to connect with Purchase Managers and Procurement heads of FMCG, Pharma, Retail, or electronic companies.
• Lead Generation: Map potential corporate clients, identify decision-makers, and establish initial contact.
• Requirement Gathering & Estimation: Understand client packaging specifications, coordinate with our production team for costing, and present accurate quotations.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relations with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and smooth order execution.
• Required Criteria & SkillsExperience: 3 to 5 years of core sales experience strictly within the printing, packaging, or corporate gifting industries.
• Established Network: Must have pre-existing contacts and a strong network within the Purchase/Procurement departments of reputed companies.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to deal with corporate clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of different types of packaging materials, printing processes, and basic costing.
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for regular market visits and client meetings.
