Job Description
Daily Enquiry Management - Update all enquiries in EMS on a real-time basis. Review leads and complete follow-up actions from previous day as per the assigned tasks in EMS app.
Customer Handling -Handle walk-ins as well as GMB/ digital leads with consultative approach.
Product Demos -Conduct static demos, virtual demos using configurators
Test Rides - Schedule and execute test rides per SOP
Digital Engagement -Respond to enquiries on WhatsApp, email
