Job Title: Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety induction programs for workers.

Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe work practices.

Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with the client and project team on all HSE matters.

Ensure statutory safety compliance at the project site.

Conduct emergency drills and maintain emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/PDIS or equivalent).

2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in electrical, industrial, or construction projects.

Knowledge of OSHA/IS safety standards and HSE documentation.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
