Position: Store Manager (Bakery & Patisserie)

Job Type: Full-time (12-Hour Shift)

We are seeking a high-energy, responsible, and hands-on Bakery Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Rohini outlet. Since this is a dedicated 12-hour shift, we require a resilient leader who can maintain high energy levels, oversee opening and closing protocols, manage production schedules, and drive retail sales. You will ensure that our customers always receive fresh, premium baked goods with exceptional service.Key Responsibilities

Daily Shift Operations (12 Hours): Oversee the complete lifecycle of the daily shift, including early morning counter set-up, live kitchen coordination, afternoon stock replenishment, and strict night closing/billing reconciliation.

Production & Freshness Control: Coordinate closely with the baking team to ensure optimal stock availability. Track fast-moving items (cakes, pastries, breads) to prevent stock-outs, while minimizing evening wastage.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff, billing executives, and utility workers. Manage shift rosters to ensure smooth coverage across the 12 hours.

Sales & Customer Service: Greet premium walk-in clients, handle bulk orders, corporate gifting inquiries, and festive cake bookings. Actively resolve any customer complaints with a helpful, positive attitude.

Inventory & Hygiene Management: Track raw material usage, manage stock levels of packaging items, and maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across the display area and live counters.

Cash Management & Reporting: Ensure 100% accuracy in POS/billing, manage day-of-cash collections, and send daily sales and wastage reports to top management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5 years of retail management experience, strictly within the Bakery, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Cafe, or Food Retail industries.

Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable committing to a consistent 12-hour daily shift.

Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent local communication skills (Hindi and functional English), and proficiency in retail billing software and MS Excel.

Traits: High stamina, a strong sense of ownership, and an eye for luxury food presentation/visual merchandising.
