Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive customer acquisition.
• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Execute local marketing activities, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and brand presentation standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail store management, FMCG, food retail, or similar sectors.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp).
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
