About the Role

Livemills is a transparent food manufacturing and retail concept where customers watch fresh staples being made in-store. We're looking for a Retail Sales Executive who can drive in-store sales while owning billing, product sampling, and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers, explain products, and drive sales conversion.
• Manage billing and point-of-sale operations accurately.
• Conduct product sampling and educate customers on freshly made staples.
• Ensure a warm, premium customer experience consistent with the brand.
• Maintain product displays, stock visibility, and counter cleanliness.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues at the floor level.
• Coordinate with the production team on availability and freshness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer-facing roles, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling billing systems and cash/digital transactions.
• Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across sales, billing, and sampling in a fast-paced store environment.
