We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage the dining area, supervise the service team, and ensure guests receive excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and ensure they have a great dining experience.
• Supervise waiters and stewards during service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and maintain service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Captain/Floor Captain in a restaurant.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-friendly attitude with good problem-solving skills.
