Relationship Manager - EV Charger Technical Support and Customer Coordination

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Role will be front face to the end customer, handling all kind of technical queries related to Chargers or related to support required related to installations.
2. Customer handling – role will be more of consultant immediate solution provider looking at the needs of the customer.
3. Should be able to deal with RWAs DISCOM in handling queries related to approvals, product and installation safeties.
4. Co ordination with Sales & Service team at AD & Powerol Dealership, Sales & Service team at AO / RO / ZO level of AD & Powerol s
5. DMS Monitoring, Service calls in DMS and co ordinate with field team on activation of services like Site Survey, Installation and Commissioning.
6. Strengthen service systems and processes at Powerol Dealers 
7. Guide / Support / Educate Sales team at AD dealerships & Customers on understanding Charger Installation process and ground work required at site.
8. Technical support to Powerol field team on the Ground working required at site.
9. Support / guide customers on getting DISCOM / Society approvals
10. Liasoning with DISCOM / Municipal authorities for resolving on site challenges where ever needed.
11. Addressing field issues remotely as well physical involvement at site
12. Ensure availability of Technical information / literature / Technical Service Bulletins for all the products. Provide periodic updates to field team.
13. Develop and administered customised training courses to field team requirements
14. Effective utilisation of DMS & Service apps by Powerol Dealers
15. Understanding of competition and benchmarking best practices in Charger Installation, service and O&M  processes

Experience

Good Communications skills. Candidate should demonstrate ability to learn quickly and implement in no time, adaptability to customer  specific conditions/culture.

Candidate should be of Electrical Engineering and strong background of Electric Vehicle / AC & DC EV Charger (3.3 to 200 kW) having sound knowledge of Charger Installation, troubleshooting, Electricity Regulatory information in urban and sub urban area on DISCOM (Electric Distribution company)  & problem solving abilities & excellent communication skills are must. Financial & commercial knowledge,  will be an added advantage. Result oriented & excellent personnel skills

Effective use of MS Office

Background of EV industry. Candidate should be a self-starter & ready to hit the ground running.
