Job Title: Relationship Executive

Function: Partnership & Alliance

Location: Moti Nagar (Delhi), Cannaught Place (Delhi) , Noida

Eligibility:

ü Graduate with 2 – 5 years of sales experience

ü Concept selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools

ü Sound understanding / Knowledge of financial & insurance services sector

Purpose: Drive insurance sales through partner branches, support customer acquisition, facilitate policy issuance and strengthen relationships with partner stakeholders to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Recruitment, training & development of Insurance to the partners

ü Generate & drive leads through partner branches

ü  Drive conversion of leads into policy sales

ü Review/ Monitor / Analyze sales performance & competitor activities.

ü Ensure a seamless customer experience, Explain product features, benefits with query handling.

ü Build strong relationships with branch managers and RMs.

ü Ensure regular connect with key stakeholders
