Regional Sales Manager - Curre| New Delhi

To Lead liability sales for Current Accounts across the region by driving strategy, mentoring area teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and mentor area sales managers and teams across multiple geographies. 
  2. Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development. 
  3. Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve regional business objectives. Act as a bridge between corporate leadership and area teams.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies for liability products. 
  2. Lead recruitment, training and guidance of Area Sales Managers and Officers to achieve budgets and incentives. 
  3. Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book. 
  4. Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design and implement regulatory requirements. 
  5. Drive regional sales campaigns, customer engagement activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
