Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for international voice process and eCommerce positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates' communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and applicant tracking records.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Required Skills2–5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for international voice process/BPO roles.
  • Experience recruiting for eCommerce, digital marketing, customer support, sales, operations, and technical positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
