*Job Title:* Real Estate Sales Executive / Manager

*Location:* On-site Office, Delhi

*Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

*Work Timing:* 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

*Work Days:* 6 Days a Week | *Saturday & Sunday working mandatory* | 1 Weekday Off

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive/Manager to handle property sales for our residential & commercial projects. You will be responsible for converting leads into sales through site visits, client meetings, and consistent follow-ups.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Handle inbound leads, calls, and walk-ins. Generate leads through references & cold calling

2. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable properties with full project details

3. Conduct site visits, especially on weekends, and explain pricing, payment plans & offers

4. Build client relationships and do regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp to close deals

5. Achieve monthly individual/team sales targets and maintain reports

6. *For Manager:* Lead & train sales team, plan weekend activities, manage channel partners

*What We Need:*

- *Experience:* 1-3 yrs for Executive | 3-6 yrs for Manager in real estate sales

- *Skills:* Excellent Hindi & English communication, negotiation & closing skills

- *Must Have:* Own vehicle preferred. Willing to work on weekends as Sat-Sun are peak days

- *Education:* Graduate in any stream
