Job SummaryYatharth Housing India is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across residential plotted developments, townships, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Generate qualified leads through various sales channels, including digital marketing, channel partners, brokers, and direct sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to improve team performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for timely closures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 TO 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plots, township projects, and property sales.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in handling channel partners and broker networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
