Job Description
Job Opening: Real Estate ManagerCompany: Peach Reality & Infratech LLP
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily real estate operations and sales activities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and property site visits.
- Generate leads and convert prospective clients into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and property buyers.
- Coordinate property deals, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support marketing activities and business development.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales, property management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
