We are hiring a *Sales Head* to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Team Leadership*: Manage, train and motivate a team of 10-15 Sales Executives & TLs

- *Target Achievement*: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly sales & booking targets

- *Sales*: Handle client meetings, site visits and close high-value property deals

- *Channel Partners*: Build and maintain strong relationship with brokers & DSAs

- *Market Analysis*: Track competitor projects, pricing and new launches

- *Reporting*: Ensure CRM updates and share daily/weekly sales reports with management

*Requirements:*

- Must have 5+ years experience in Real Estate Sales

- Proven record of achieving sales targets

- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of RERA, Home Loan and Documentation process

- Own vehicle for site visits is preferred
