• EligibilityGraduate (Mandatory)
• Experience in a Collections/BPO background is preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality audits and monitor team performance.
• Handle client communication and attend client meetings.
• Manage all backend operations and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (editing, reporting, data management).
• Coordinate with operations and training teams.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills RequiredExperience in quality auditing or collections.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and backend documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
