Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely purchase and delivery of required materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Check quality, quantity, and specifications of materials.
- Maintain purchase and vendor records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements.
- Prepare purchase reports and updates for management.
