Projects Coordinator-Civil Engineering

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join our team at Doctors4Building on an urgent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage ongoing projects activities supporting site engineers.
• Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings (CAD)
• Ensure smooth execution of projects within timelines
• Monitor project progress, site coordination, and reporting
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Maintain proper documentation and project control systems
• Follow up on invoicing etc

Key Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing interpretation
• Proven experience in project coordination / project management
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction/building materials industry preferred
